SureFit Services have a new opportunity for a Full Time Respiratory and Hearing Fit Test Operator.

We are looking for a additional team member, who after initial training, has the ability to work autonomously in the field, fit testing a number of existing clients, with the ability to work on developing new clients.

About the Role:

The role is completely mobile offering our clients minimal downtime from their workplaces.

The role is not your typical 9-5 role and will include early starts but will also come with early finish times and flexibility.

You must enjoy driving as our areas of focus is from Northern NSW through to Mackay

Your main duties/responsibilities will be:

Travelling to and from Customer Sites. Covering mainly SEQ but at times more extensively. Including driving and flying.

Coordinate and carry out of Quantitative Fit Testing & other services for distributors and customers either at customers site, workshop, office, home etc.

Daily calibration, maintenance and operation of equipment

Maintenance and cleaning of company vehicle

Daily monitoring and ordering of stock and consumables required

Generating simple end of day reports

Identify new markets and distributors for future business growth (business development)

Create & maintain a professional relationship with customers, distributors, manufactures, & industry experts

Selecting the appropriate Respirator or Hearing style for the customers specific work environment along with coaching the correct fitment of Respiratory and Hearing Equipment

Confident to communicate with key decision makers, business owners and employees

Ability to follow instruction, work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

High organisational and time management skills

Holds a valid Australian drivers licence

High level of personal hygiene

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes and work schedule

Qualifications
There are no formal qualifications required for this role. SureFit Services are looking for candidates that have a high level of customer service and a person to learn the trade and share that knowledge to our customers and their employees.

Skills & Experience

Full unrestricted drivers license with a minimum 2 years driving experience

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication

Confident to present to groups either large or small

These are desirable, however not essential

Experience or an understanding of RPE Fit Testing either Qualitative or Quantitative

Experienced within the Safety Industry

Experienced within the Construction Industry either sales, technical or safety orientated

Experienced in providing training
