🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Conference Manager with 5+ years of experience, ideally in not-for-profit association conferences, to join our expert team. This senior position will see you lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple conferences (300–1500 delegates), manage client relationships, and mentor a small team of coordinators.

You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of events across Australia and New Zealand, with the backing of senior leadership and an engaged, collaborative team.

Experience with EventsAIR is a strong advantage.

✨ What You'll Do

· Lead the planning and execution of national and international conferences

· Oversee budgets, timelines, supplier contracts, and logistics

· Be the main point of contact for clients, committees, and stakeholders

· Manage and mentor junior team members

· Ensure delivery excellence, adhering to DCC&A's high standards

· Provide onsite support and post-event reporting

✅ What You’ll Bring

· Minimum 5 years’ experience managing conferences end-to-end

· Proven background in association or healthcare sector events

· Outstanding organisational and time management skills

· Strong client management and interpersonal communication

· High attention to detail with financial acumen

· Proficiency with conference tech platforms (EventsAIR highly regarded)

· Team leadership or mentoring experience

· Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality or related fields
