Role Description
We are looking for the next member of our High-Performance Sales Team. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conference Sales Manager located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility and travel. The Conference Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales for conferences and events, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and attracting potential clients, maintaining sales pipelines, managing onsite event sales delivery and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Contract Negotiation skills
Experience in Event Sales Management (Ideal but not essential)
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the B2B media or events industry is a plus
