About the Role
Reporting into a highly experienced and supportive Payroll Manager, this role will see you take ownership of end-to-end New Zealand payroll processing. You'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll services while contributing to wider team objectives.

Duties
* Process end-to-end payroll for Australia & New Zealand employees
* Calculate and manage various types of leave, including long service, maternity, and parental leave
* Handle high-volume payroll processing efficiently
* Maintain strong understanding of payroll systems
* Interpret and apply complex EBAs and awards
* Manage terminations and redundancies
* Deliver exceptional internal customer service and support
* Respond to payroll queries and maintain the payroll inbox

Skills and Experience
* Background in large, complex payroll environments
* Ability to manage full function payroll
* Experience with large payroll systems is a bonus, but not essential
* Strong knowledge of EBAs and awards
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
