SERVICE ADVISOR

· Full-time position with starting package $70K - $90K super & bonus package (commensurate with experience)

THE ROLE:

The Service Advisor role acts a crucial link between the customer and service department and includes the key responsibilities of:

· Customer Service

· Service Coordination

· Sales and Recommendations

· Parts Ordering

· Documentation

· Customer Communication

WHAT’S NOT REQUIRED:

You are not required to be a mechanic or have extensive mechanical background.
