About You

You thrive working in specialist dermatologist practice, collaborating with dermatologists and working with a diverse team.

You have worked in a procedural clinic and know what it takes to bring patients on a lifelong, comprehensive journey in skin health.

You thrive on providing the best results for patients using combination therapies, working with dermatologists and other practitioners to develop combination treatment plans and obtain the best results for your patients.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

Consult with patients to discuss their skin journey to date, explain our treatment pathways and our home care products

Develop patient journeys to include home care and in-clinic treatments such as chemical peels and laser/IPL/procedural treatments.

Work with our dermatologists to deliver combination treatments for a range of conditions, and provide best patient outcomes.

Regular follow up with patients to ensure compliance with prescribed treatment plans and check progress

Utilise medical software to keep accurate and comprehensive patient notes and records

Utilise Vectra M3 3D imaging system to record photography at each consultation, to enable you to keep strong patient progress records, and use in your consultation with patients.

Develop a strong relationship with your patients and their families, and ensure that you are providing a comprehensive service for all of their skin needs

Provide a high level of care and communication to patients

Maintain a clean, tidy clinical environment

Experience Required

Prior experience developing home care plans & treatment plans

Prior experience delivering treatments including chemical peels, IPL and laser treatments

Laser licences with Radiation Health

Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
