About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical government operations. Working closely with analysts, testers, and release managers, you'll contribute to an agile delivery team using modern development practices and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality systems across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customise Salesforce apps using Apex and Lightning
• Translate business needs into functional code and sustainable solutions
• Create and maintain technical, solution, and release documentation
• Support quality assurance and deployment activities through DevOps
• Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with analysts and testers to meet project acceptance criteria

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Salesforce development roles
• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, and Aura
• Strong experience with version control and CI/CD tools
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator
• Experience configuring Salesforce Objects, Flows, Permissions and Sharing
• Desirable: Platform Developer II and Omnistudio Developer certifications

Existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
