The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you'll build new features, deliver secure solutions, and support them as they go live. All on a clean, structured Salesforce platform.
You’ll own real features. You’ll write code that ships. And you’ll do it in a cross-functional team that includes solution leads, business analysts, testers, and release managers. All focused on delivering secure, reliable solutions.
The systems you build will be used every day by real users, across multiple business areas on a platform that is actively evolving. The pipelines are in place, the backlog is ready, and the technical foundation is strong.
You’ll be based in the Canberra office, with flexibility to work from home two days a week. Interstate candidates are welcome but must be available for two consecutive days per month onsite (travel not covered).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate designs into Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Omnistudio
• Build and configure custom objects, permissions, and sharing rules to support business processes
• Write and maintain clean, well-tested code using best practice patterns
• Contribute to release management and CI/CD processes using version control and DevOps tooling
• Create clear, structured documentation to support testing and deployment

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Strong configuration experience — Flows, custom objects, permission sets, and sharing models
• Understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and development standards
• Experience working with version control and CI/CD tools
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications

Security Clearance

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum NV1 clearance.
