This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE) with a fixed-term end date of 30/06/2027
As the Early Childhood Funding Advisor, you will support early childhood services to apply for and access a range of early childhood funding, including Kindergarten Funding and funding to support vulnerable children and families. The role will utilise a range of funding systems to develop program related reports, and will require high level communication and planning skills and close attention to detail. The preferred candidate will need to be proactive, organised, highly motivated and able to work well within a team.
The role of the Early Childhood Funding Advisor position is to provide a range of program support services to funded agencie, the Early Childhood Improvement Branch team and the broader regional staff.
The position will be required to work effectively to deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to managers, staff, agencies, clients and members of the public. The position will coordinate and collect data for program areas and maintain accurate records for service/program areas. The position will also process funding and service agreement activities in accordance with the relevant business rules and using a variety of business systems.
