About the Role

Grampians Health Stawell is offering an exciting opportunity for an Instrument Technician to join our dynamic team to clean, package & sterilise reusable medical equipment.

Grampians Health Stawell has two operating theatres operating Monday to Friday offering a range of surgical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Decontamination and sterilisation of surgical and medical equipment
• Apply policies and procedures to ensure best practice
• Clean and restock equipment as per Infection control guidelines

Skills & Experience

• Applicants with previous experience or willingness to complete Certificate IV Sterilisation Services would be preferred.
• Applicants need to be flexible
• ability to work as part of a team
• have basic computer skills
• time management skills
• Attention to detail
