Due to the growth and increase in demand for electrical support, we are in need of maintenance electricians to work all around Melbourne.

Here is what a typical shift looks like:

Responding to breakdowns and service calls

Performing regular PM checks

Assisting with installation projects

Liaising with management and supervisors to co-ordinate work tasks

Working together in a team of electricians and automation technicians

Strong applicants will have:

Essential

A-Grade electrical license

Excellent fault finding and troubleshooting skills

The ability to read and understand electrical drawings

A strong understanding of control and safety circuits

Excellent communication skills

Shift coverage flexibility

Installation and repairs & maintenance experience

Workmanship of a high standard

Advantageous

Experience working with PLCs – trouble shooting and wiring

Prior experience working in the food manufacturing sector

Mechanically minded

Motor and VSD testing and installation

Safety forward mindset
