ABOUT THE ROLE

Maxima Recruitment Services has been engaged to source an experienced Excavator Operator for one of the largest integrated suppliers of building and construction materials in South Australia.

We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, loyal operators with a Safety-First attitude who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience Operating Excavators.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am till 4pm (optional till 6pm 12-hour shifts) Saturday overtime on offer as well.

Pay rate: $30-$40ph plus penalties (depending on your level of experience)

The key responsibilities are:

• Excavator Operations.
• Crushing and Screening operations
• Participate in site safety meetings.
• Adhere to all Safety regulations and site plans.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous Quarry Experience (Preferred but not Essential).
• Experience in operating Excavators (Essential).
• Ability to pass Functional Assessment, Drug and Alcohol test.
• Current National Police Clearance (Or willing to obtain)
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a small team.
• Crushing and screening experience desirable.
• RII Excavator Ticket.
