Our client is a well-established civil construction company delivering projects across metropolitan and regional South Australia. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance, they are currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join their growing workforce.

What You Will Be Doing

Operating 5–8 tonne excavators across various construction and landscape projects.

Completing detailed excavation works including trenching, footpath prep and site preparation.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently to project specifications.

Conducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining machinery in excellent working condition.

Skills/Qualifications

Excavator ticket/licence – essential

White Card – essential

Minimum 1–2 years’ recent experience operating 5–8T excavators in civil or construction environments

HR/MR truck licence – advantageous

Ability to follow site plans and instructions accurately

Understanding of safe work practices and ability to work in a team environment

What You Will Need

Proven experience on similar-sized machines

Strong attention to detail and confidence operating around services and structures

Physically fit with a can-do attitude

Reliable transport and flexibility to travel to various job sites

Positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
