We are a family owned and operated Hotel business with two venues located in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Our hotels include casual dining areas, bars, gaming, functions, entertainment, TAB and Bottleshops.

Our North Shore Tavern has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Gaming Manager to join our team.

The Role:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the gaming room including Keno and TAB.

Leading from the front to ensure the team deliver high standards of service and customer experience.

Maintain high levels of presentation, cleanliness in the Gaming areas.

Customer engagement through promotions and loyalty program.

Ensure compliance and OLGR regulations are followed and maintained.

About You:

Confident in leading and developing a successful team.

Have managerial experience in gaming operations.

Self-motivated and driven to be successful.

High level of Cash Handling and gaming machine maintenace experience.

Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.

A high level of attention to detail.

Available to work flexible hours of the industry.

Have the following current qualifications for RSG, RSA and RMLV.
