Right now, they’re searching for a commercially savvy and strategic Senior Planner to lead their largest and most iconic category.

You will drive performance through commercial planning, data-led insights and cross-functional collaboration.

The Role:

• Lead the development of merchandise strategies, including forecasting sales, profit, inventory, and replenishment plans.
• Analyse performance data to drive decisions that optimise product mix, sell-through, and profitability.
• Mentor and guide a small team, building capability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with Buying, Supply Chain, and key stakeholders to align planning strategies with overall business goals and customer trends.
• Oversee allocations, stock flow and reporting – continuously identifying ways to enhance processes.
• Dive deep into key metrics and trends, preparing reports and recommendations that inform business strategy.
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify category growth opportunities and shifts in consumer behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in a dynamic retail environment (homewares/fashion/apparel a plus!).
• Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through sales and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Confident working cross-functionally to influence stock flow, distribution and range planning.
• Experienced in forecasting, managing OTB, and driving margin and profitability.
• A strong leader and collaborator, capable of mentoring others and building strong relationships across the business.
