Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team, including (but not limited to) word processing, data entry, preparation of reports, filing and general admin support.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Performing accounting, administrative and personnel transactions and maintaining accurate records as per financial policy and procedure.
- Completing procurement, budgeting, inventory management, accounts payable & receivable functions in accordance with delegations, protocols and business processes.
- Coordination of manager and team’s appointments, meeting itineraries and travel requirements
About you.
We are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills, with a focus on providing high quality management support services. You will be experienced in developing and maintaining effective business relationships with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment.
In addition, you will have:
- Post-secondary level qualification in administrative/management fields (highly desirable)
- Experience with SAP would be highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and experience
