The Role

We are looking for experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role involves constructing and dismantling formwork for high-rise residential developments, commercial complexes, and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work as part of a team of over 30 skilled formworkers, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed construction plans and specifications.
• Construct formwork for footings, foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and suspended floors.
• Assemble and dismantle modular and traditional timber formwork systems such as Peri, Unispan, and Doka.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and fellow tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ensure quality control by following industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork carpentry.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Formwork (preferred).
• Experience working on large-scale multiresidential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of modern formwork systems and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• White Card certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
