Pergolas Brisbane, a family-owned and operated construction business, is expanding! We're currently looking for a qualified carpenter or experienced handyman to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

We specialise in building high-quality decks and patios across the Brisbane region, working with a variety of materials including timber, composite decking, steel, and aluminium.

About the Role

You’ll be working on a range of residential outdoor projects, including pergolas, decking, and patio structures. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and take pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who can demonstrate:

Solid experience in roofing and decking

Strong understanding of general building principles

Ability to work independently and show initiative

A commitment to high standards of workmanship

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to follow instructions and work to schedule

Punctuality and professionalism

Excellent communication skills, especially with clients

A friendly, trustworthy, and self-motivated attitude

What You’ll Need

White Card (Construction Induction)

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Your own tools of the trade
