Job description:

Full-time casual 38 hours per week Monday to Friday (with opportunity to work on Saturdays if required)

Flexibility with hours and travel is required as our projects range from Mackay to Gladstone

Rate of pay negotiable per hour (above award) plus superannuation.

Location Rockhampton and Central Queensland

What we are looking for

A high level of experience within the form setting industry.

Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.

Excellent time management, planning and organisational skill.

Proficiency to operate equipment with the required licences.

Demonstrate a commitment to site safety, always adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

About You:

Proven experience as a Form worker, ideally within civil, commercial, mining, or industrial sectors.

Strong understanding of industry safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

A proactive attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.

A valid driver’s license and any relevant industry certifications required.

As a Formwork Labourer you will need the following:

· High safety awareness, following safe work procedures.

Take direction well, positive attitude.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team.

Reliable and always on time

Take pride in doing efficient, quality work.

Previous site/construction experience

White Card (essential)

Formwork erection and stripping experience (preferred)

Own reliable transport

Tools and PPE equipment supplied.
