Organizational Skills are a must.

Lead by example/Hands on

Three (3) month probationary period

Lead a team of 3-5 employees during your shift and doping hand over with the next shift.

Rutherford location with state of the art factory

Hours of work: 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday

8 am to 2:00 pm Friday

Family owned business

Overtime will be required

Fork lift ticket required

Supervisor, Powdercoating & Sand Blasting

Olympic Fencing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to forward their career. We currently are looking for a shift supervisor for our New state of the art coatings department to look after operations and direct 3-5 staff.

This is a full-time position (3month probational) with hours of operations Monday - Thursday 10am - 8:00 pm & Friday 8am – 2pm, with some Overtime required in busy times.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role doing Powdercoating and blasting.

Strong leadership & Organizational skills are essential.

Job will require you to:

Be hands on.

Actively fit and healthy.

Manual labor.

Implement process to improve productivity.

Consult with management daily.

Good Reading and writing skill.
