About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson for a full-time opportunity with a well-established industrial supplier. Based at a local branch, this role is the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and supporting both the external sales team and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Accurately process orders, quotes, and customer inquiries

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored product solutions

Support external sales representatives with account coordination and product preparation

Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and replenishment

Skills and Experience Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus

Previous experience in sales or customer service (industrial product knowledge a plus)

Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Willingness to learn about bearings, power transmission, and other industrial products

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
