About the role

Potentia Leisure Pty is seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in our Brisbane office. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's public relations and marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing strategic PR and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, events, and media relations
• Managing the company's public relations activities, including liaising with media outlets, drafting press releases, and building relationships with key influencers
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as website content, brochures, and other promotional materials
• Analysing marketing and PR performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the company's marketing and PR efforts

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a PR or marketing role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR and marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively present ideas
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using marketing and analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
