About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gardener / Garden Maintenance Worker to join the team at HM Garden Maintenance. This is a full-time position based in Marion, SA 5043. As a key member of our Gardening & Landscaping team you'll be required to work well with the team, take and respond to instructions whilst having leadership and being able to work independently.

What you'll be doing

Performing all aspects of garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching and fertilising

Planting and maintaining a variety of plants, shrubs and trees

Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues in the gardens

Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients

Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment at all times

What we're looking for

At least 1 year experience in gardening or landscaping

Knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work

Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
