The Role

The Store Manager will lead a dynamic and passionate team within a vast 700 sqm shop floor - one of the largest in the network - offering the widest and most exclusive product range across the business. This site also fulfills online orders and acts as a hub for VM execution, making it a vital cog in the brand's operations.

You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining impeccable standards, and ensuring a world-class customer experience - all while managing multiple priorities across visual merchandising, logistics, team development, and external stakeholder relationships.

This store services a highly discerning clientele where price is not a barrier - customers are encouraged to explore and trial products, and as such, standards must be flawless and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a large, experienced team to deliver exceptional service and results

Manage all store operations: stock unpacking, sales, inventory, fulfillment, and customer care

Own the store's performance metrics and sales development strategies

Oversee VM execution and ensure high visual and operational standards

Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners

Work closely with HO departments including buying, planning, and eCommerce

What You Bring

Senior retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (homewares, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred

A proven ability to manage complexity and remain composed under pressure

Deep understanding of customer experience, product presentation, and store performance

Experience managing large teams and floor space

Strong operations, fulfillment, and stock management skills

High-level relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
