About the role

At Clinpath our Client Services Team are our frontline support call centre team. You will be the professional and friendly voice that will create a lasting impression, and the caring assurance to patients and medical professionals and reassure them they are in excellent hands. This team manages all incoming calls to support results, bookings and general enquiries, representing our brand and image to the local community using empathy and drive to deliver excellent patient service and quality healthcare support.

In this role you will work in a team in a modern office environment based at Mile End.

We have the following roles and hours available:

Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday (rotating shift times between 8:00am to 8:00pm).
Permanent Part Time - Mon, Wed, Fri (22.8 hrs per week)
Permanent Part Time - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (30 hrs per week)
Permanent Part Time - Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri (22 hours per week)

Successful candidates must be able to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Answering client enquiries and schedule bookings from medical professionals and patients for pathology specimen collection services at Clinpath Collection Centres, domiciliary visits and hospital visits;

· Administrative tasks relating to laboratories results management, patient bookings and collections/appointments management;

· Professional service delivery - provide a positive first impression and experience to all internal and external client enquiries and apply first call resolution where applicable; and

Provide medical practitioners with pathology results.

· Troubleshoot matters and provide first line assistance to clients, medical professionals and other stakeholders.

To be successful you will have:

A passion to learn and develop;

Demonstrated superior customer service skills;

Experience in a health and/or medical industry with medical terminology experience (desirable but not essential);

A polished and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills;

Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible work environment with the ability to prioritise;

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team;

The ability to be an active listener with excellent attention to detail;

High level of confidentiality and the ability to work calmly under pressure;

Professional working proficiency in Microsoft Officer and other Computer competencies including the willingness to learn new systems
