At Instyle Electrical & Air Conditioning we are focussed on achieving high quality results with professional service, outstanding workmanship and trustworthy operations. Our extensive experience covers all aspects of electrical contracting servicing the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Brisbane since 2013.

We currently have excellent opportunities available for suitable candidates to join our team. We are seeking apprentice electricians, electricians & project supervisor electricians who are motivated and reliable people with the ability to ensure everything runs smoothly on a construction site.

Our current projects are all located on the Gold Coast and will run until the middle of 2026.

To be successful in either of the roles, applicants will have:

A minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified electrician (supervisor)

Current Queensland electrical licence

Current driver's licence

Data licence (ACMA)

A mobile phone capable of sending and receiving emails

Construction white card

Current LVR / CPR certificate

Commitment to safety with a proactive approach to your work

Effective time management skills

A professional and positive attitude

Attention to detail and take pride in your work and maintain a high level of quality

The ability to work as a team as well as autonomously

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of AS3000, AS3012, AS3017 and Qld Electrical Safety Act 2000

Proven experience within a supervisory role (supervisor)

Ability to manage and lead an effective team (supervisor)

Experience in training, mentoring and supervising apprentices

Concise communication skills, enabling you to liaise with suppliers, clients, other trades and management

The skill to meet operational deadlines and work within set budgets

The ability to motivate others and encourage all peers to uphold our company values and direction

Cert ll In Electrotechnology (apprentices)
