Fantastic opportunity for a Laser Bucket Operator to join an established 5,500Ha irrigated and dryland enterprise near Boort, Vic.

As part of our ongoing development and diversification of our business, we have a position for a Laser Bucket Operator. The business utilises modern equipment and automation to build a modern irrigated program with Bankless and Pipe Through Bank systems, to efficiently irrigate raised beds for both summer and winter crops:

Maize, Tomatoes, and Soybeans

Wheat, Barley, Canola, Fabas and Chickpeas

This is a casual position with potential for an ongoing role. This is a genuine opportunity for someone to learn about the business and contribute to its future development. The Work will be ongoing over the summer, plenty of hours with winters off. You will support all aspects of irrigation development, including:

Planning, design and development of a Bankless and Pipe Through Bank irrigation.

Machinery Operation. (New 9R490, Komatsu Excavator, Komatsu Grader, JCB Telehandlers)

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Previous experience with the development of irrigation.

Previous experience with Laser Buckets with either GPS or Lasers.

Confidence to manage your own time and work unsupervised.

Physical capability to operate machinery for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.

Minimum 2 years' experience with irrigation development.
