What’s the role all about?

As Store Manager, you’ll be hands-on, customer-focused, and performance-driven. You’ll lead a small team, set the tone, and create a retail experience that’s second to none. Your goal? Deliver results, lift the bar, and become a trusted face of the brand in your region.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer experiences

Building strong local customer relationships and tailoring solutions to their needs

Driving daily operations including quoting, sales, inventory, and store presentation

Creating a high-performance culture with clear expectations, support, and accountability

Monitoring store KPIs and taking proactive steps to improve performance

Treating the store as your own and leading with pride, energy, and commercial acumen

What we’re looking for:

Retail or trade experience, ideally in an environment where technical product knowledge matters

Proven leadership skills — you’ve led a team or are ready to step into your first full leadership role

A passion for customer experience and service delivery — customer happiness is your top priority

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset — you don’t just lead, you do
