Clinical Nurse Manager – Broome, WA

2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who is looking to take up a permanent position in beautiful Broome, WA.

Our client is looking for an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Coordinator/ Clinical Nurse Manager who has a strong background in Aged Care to join their fast-paced and dynamic team.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager you will;

· Ensure aged care clients and clinical employees are supported

· Be responsible for case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management

· Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Carers & Allied Health staff

About the role:

· Full-time permanent position

· $125-$130k plus super

About you:

· Unrestricted and up to date AHPRA registration

· Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI

· Right to work in Australia without any restrictions

· Available for all shift types

· Motivated by delivering excellent service and care to patients

· A high standard of clinical knowledge

· Willing to learn and further educate
