Redshaw Plumbing & Drainage is a family-owned business based in Gatton, delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality plumbing solutions across the Lockyer Valley and surrounding regions.

Our team includes plumbers, gasfitters, machine operators, project managers, and admin staff, working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and civil projects.

The Role

We’re currently seeking Qualified Plumbers to join our Maintenance, Residential Projects, and Construction teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

General plumbing across maintenance and construction

Working independently and managing your own jobs

Using job scheduling software for daily workflow

Following internal quality, safety, and environmental procedures

Quoting small jobs and managing on-site variations

Engaging positively with customers and clients

Training and mentoring apprentices

Operating earthmoving machinery (where licensed and required)

What You’ll Need

Required:

Cert III in Plumbing and Drainage

Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven experience in both construction and maintenance plumbing

Desirable:

Cert III in Gas Fitting

Cert IV in Plumbing and Drainage

Excavator ticket and/or machinery operating experience

Quoting and job estimation experience

Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings
