📋 Job Description

You’ll be working primarily in customers’ homes across Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast, delivering prompt, professional plumbing services. This role isn’t just about technical skill—it’s about representing Guaranteed Plumbing with integrity and excellent customer care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and fix maintenance plumbing issues: leaks, drains, fixtures, pipe faults

Perform specialist jobs: leak detection, CCTV diagnostics, jetting, root removal

Work independently or alongside colleagues, engaging directly with clients

Use our app-enabled systems and GPS-tracked vehicle to manage your workday

Maintain a toolbox of high professional standards—respecting homes, clients, and your craft

You’ll be fully licensed and capable—no hand-holding

You’ll show up on time, work independently, and finish tasks properly

You’ll speak clearly with homeowners: explain problems, solutions, and next steps

You’ll treat each property with care: clean, mindful, and respectful

What You’ll Get

$95K–$120K base salary + super (based on experience)

$5,000 sign-on bonus at 12 months (when expectations are met)

9-day fortnight + birthday off (paid)

Work vehicle (GPS tracked, for work use only)

Fuel card + phone supplied

Battery tools provided (bring your own hand tools)
