About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team at South QLD Refrigeration Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full-time position and will involve hands-on electrical work as well as the opportunity to complete a Refrigeration Apprenticeship (pending availability). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality refrigeration services to our valued customers. All work is in the construction industry so experience in construction is a must. We are a small team, with very high output and very high quality of work, so you must be willing to work as part of the team to ensure the job as a whole is completed.

What you'll be doing

Installing control and electrical circuits to custom built coldrooms

Refrigeration DB and sub circuit installations

Building custom control boards with PLC controllers

Leading the electrical installation side of the company alongside Project Manager

What we're looking for

Qualified Electrician with construction industry experience

Strong working knowledge of electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and technical manuals

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols

Refrigeration Experience valued but no essential
