About the role

Gawler and Districts Dental Care are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join their friendly team. This part-time role will be based in our modern practice in Gawler East, South Australia. 3 days a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, additional relief hours available.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dentist during procedures

Maintaining a clean, sterile and organised treatment environment

Handling patient enquiries and bookings in a professional and courteous manner

Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry and processing payments

Ensuring all relevant documentation and records are accurately maintained

Contributing to the overall smooth and efficient operation of the dental practice

What we're looking for

A relevant dental assisting qualification or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental 4 Windows software, Hicaps and computer systems

A friendly, approachable and helpful attitude

A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
