This newly created role will support a number of different business units and report into an impressive Head of Finance who can provide a linear career path for the success applicant. The role has been brought about due to a few seismic shifts in the organisation which have created a cascade of positivity and prosperity for the year ahead.

We’re searching for someone who thrives on partnering with the business, not policing it. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, support functional change, and ensure compliance frameworks are both robust and practical. You’ll play a central role in safeguarding operational integrity while helping the business navigate new opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver audits with a focus on process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance;
• Partner with executives and stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and risk;
• Translate audit findings into actionable insights, not just reports;
• Support governance and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement; and
• Be a visible, trusted advisor, not just an auditor.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant qualifications (CA, CPA, CIA or similar);
• Proven internal audit experience (Big 4 or in-house);
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in how businesses operate; and
• The ambition to grow your career, not just maintain it.
