We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to become a valued member of our professional and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of clients, with a focus on providing end-to-end bookkeeping support in a dynamic and growing environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality bookkeeping services across key areas such as payroll, accounts, bank reconciliations, and BAS lodgements. Prior experience with Xero and MYOB is essential, and you'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setup and maintenance of client bookkeeping systems
  
• End-to-end payroll, including superannuation and entitlements
  
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
  
• Monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  
• BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
  
• Financial and management reporting
  
• Client liaison and collaboration with external accountants
  
• Use of Excel and MS Office to manage and present data
  

About You

• A minimum of 4-5 years' bookkeeping experience, ideally across multiple clients or industries
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
