New Farm Deli (the deli section) is the retail side of our operations specializing gourmet food such as charcuterie, fine cheese, condiments, pastries and antipasti – to name a few.

We are searching for Casual Customer Service Assistants

Candidates must come with previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Slicing machine and cheese and wine knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary

You will be working within a close knit, hard-working team delivering outstanding customer service.

Immediate start.

The ideal candidate/s will have flexibility to fill shifts during the week and weekend.

The Position

· Providing exceptional Customer Service

· Basic merchandising knowledge for fridge/stock displays

· Open/closing of the store

· EFTPOS and cash handling skills essential

· Cleaning duties / knowledge of hygiene principles

To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

· Previous customer service experience within food retail or hospitality industry

· Reliable and hardworking

· Experience working in fast paced environments

· Friendly personality

· Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

· Mature outlook and positive, outgoing personality
