We’re now looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team and help us win the right jobs, the kind we’re proud to deliver.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects.

Analysing drawings, scopes, and specifications.

Sourcing material and labour pricing from suppliers and subs.

Assisting in compiling tender submissions and pricing strategies.

Working closely with project managers, directors, and the construction team.

Helping refine and build out estimating templates and systems.

Requirements:

3+ years of estimating experience in roofing, cladding, or facades

Solid understanding of metal roofing systems, wall cladding, flashings etc.

Proficient with Excel and/or estimating software (e.g. Buildxact, Cubit)

Highly organised, strong attention to detail, and deadline-driven.

Based in Canberra or willing to work remotely with regular check-ins.

Desirable Skills:

Supplier contacts and negotiation experience.

Experience with pricing commercial and government tenders.

Knowledge of UniCote, Colorbond, Lysaght, or similar systems.
