What You'll Do:

Conduct on-site measurements and calculate materials for metal roofing and guttering projects

Create detailed material lists and specifications for projects

Place orders with suppliers and manage order needs

Coordinate with project managers and installation crews and assist where necessary

Maintain accurate project documentation and measurements

Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing

Quality control checks on material deliveries

What We're Looking For:

Experience with roofing and guttering measurements and calculations

Knowledge of metal roofing materials and gutter systems

Understanding of water flow and drainage requirements

Proficiency with measuring tools and potentially estimation software

Strong math skills and attention to detail with accuracy in materials orders

Comfortable working at heights and around building perimeters

Valid driver's license

Physical ability to access rooftops and measure around building perimeters safely

Communication skills for supplier and team coordination

Ability to lift materials and work in various weather conditions
