The Role

As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of the restaurant—welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu and beverage pairings, and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. This role combines classic waiter duties — taking orders, running food, and providing attentive, polished service — with a strong focus on wine. You'll work closely with our team to deliver a high-touch, detail-oriented service tailored to each guest.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism

Present, pour, and discuss wines confidently and professionally

Assist and explain wine and other pairings during the degustation

Clearly communicate the components of each course and beverage pairing

Anticipate and respond to guest needs with precision and poise

Collaborate with our team to maintain the flow of service

Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment

About You

A genuine passion for wine and hospitality

Previous experience in fine dining is highly regarded

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Calm under pressure and attentive to detail

Hold a current RSA
