Section waiter key responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and courteous manner.

Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and attend to additional requests.

Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.

Handle guest complaints gracefully and report issues to supervisors when necessary.

Process payments accurately and return change or receipts as needed.

Work collaboratively with team members and support other roles as needed.

Comply with health and safety regulations and all internal policies.dards of our establishment.

Bartender key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.

Maintain knowledge of bar menu, wine list, cocktails, and promotions.

Manage bar operations including restocking, cleaning, and setup/close-down procedures.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA regulations.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately using POS systems.

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Monitor guest behavior and proactively manage any intoxication or safety issues.

Assist in inventory control and reporting shortages or maintenance issues to management.

Work as part of a team and support floor staff when required.
