We're looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team on-site and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital systems.

About the Role

As our System Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations ensuring the performance, security, and usability of our web-based platforms while working closely with stakeholders to lead the implementation of exciting AI-driven enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to have a real impact on both the customer-facing and backend systems of a growing online brand.

Your Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our internal and customer-facing systems.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business users to understand operational needs and turn them into functional IT solutions.

AI Feature Implementation: Lead the integration of AI tools including:

Automated artwork analysis

Smart order routing

Customer personalization tools

Project Coordination: Coordinate between internal developers, designers, and third-party vendors to deliver new features and updates.

Data Management & Reporting: Use system data to provide actionable insights to management and support decision making.

User Support & Training: Provide on-site support, training, and documentation for new processes and technologies.

Our Tech Stack

You’ll work with a modern and evolving set of tools and platforms:

Languages/Frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

CMS & eCommerce: WordPress, WooCommerce

Databases: MySQL, SQL Server

AI & Automation Tools: OpenAI API, Google Cloud AI, Python (preferred)

Project Management: Jira, Trello, Confluence

Hosting & DevOps: AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub

Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel

Understanding Print Automation systems such as HP PrintOS / PLC server and Hi-End RIP to configure automatic hi speed modern print press systems to run automatons with minimal human interference

What We’re Looking For

One year experience in a System Analyst or similar technical role.

A Bachelors of IT or higher

Experience managing web-based systems and coordinating digital projects.

Strong interest or experience in AI-driven solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

A hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team.

Must be able to work full-time on-site at 2/19 Lindaway Place Tullamarine Vic.
