About the Role

At CloudMarc, we believe every client deserves to see their ideas come to life—innovatively and efficiently. As a Software Tester, you’ll help shape that journey by ensuring our software solutions are reliable, scalable, and high-quality. You’ll leave a ‘Marc!’—not just on products, but on the future of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated) to identify bugs and ensure software functionality.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Analyze test results and work with developers to resolve issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure software meets defined quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of testing strategies, plans, and processes.

Document defects clearly and maintain accurate test logs and reports.

Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and test efficiency.

Participate in sprint planning and reviews within Agile development environments.

Stay updated on software testing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Experience in executing test plans and documenting test cases and results.

Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA processes.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

Basic knowledge of automation tools and scripting is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit).

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Effective communication and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A continuous learning mindset to keep up with software testing advancements.
