Team Staffing Solutions are a casual labour hire company have been established for over 18 years. We assist event holders with staffing requirements for their venues/locations across Victoria. The nature of the events vary from Melbourne Metro Football Finals to Victorian regional events such as Country Racing's “Great Day Out”.

About the Role

We are seeking a 12 skilled, committed and enthusiastic Casual Ticket Selling and Gatekeeping staff of all ages to join our labour pool to service the needs of a number of football, netball clubs and leagues teams across the State.

These locations would include but not be limited to: Frankston to the South Eastern suburbs, like Moorabbin, Ringwood, etc

Football Gate Ticket sellers (starting mid August till mid September) - with the opportunity to do more events thereafter

General Customer Service Staff - Gatekeepers

You would be using a Portable ticket device. In most cases car pooling will be available and encouraged, while we use small buses from time to time.

The role calls for applicants to be able to fill vacancies between 7.30am - 4pm (Saturdays and Sundays). All shifts will be a minimum of 5 hours, with football shifts being up to 7.

About You

The role is open to those who have the following attributes and capabilities. Along with a strong work ethic, exceptional presentation and customer service skills you'll :

Be reliable

Have a mobile device with the ability to connect to the internet

Have reliable transport or the ability to get to the site

Have good communication skills and fluency in English

Have the ability to work as part of a team

Be trustworthy and ability to follow direction

Must have the ability to handle cash and calculate change

Banking experience highly regarded
