We offer a range of advanced modalities including Ultraformer MPT, Pico Laser, IPL, Skin Needling, DMK, Lira Clinical, Circadia and more – all in a calm and nurturing environment with a strong local following.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone special to lead by example, deliver exceptional treatments, and support the daily operations of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing advanced skin treatments with confidence and care

Managing and mentoring a team of passionate therapists

Overseeing bookings, stock, treatment plans, and team development

Contributing to the growth and success of the business through leadership and service excellence

Performing client consultations and crafting tailored treatment programs with advanced skin knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum) – Advanced Dermal or Laser certifications highly desirable

5+ years industry experience with strong skills in skin correction, client education & technology

A warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for skin health

Leadership experience or a natural ability to motivate and mentor a team

Organised, proactive and confident in both treatment delivery and clinic operations

Experience with IPL, HIFU, Laser, Peels, Skin Needling, and Skin Analysis preferred
