The Opportunity

As the Back End Developer you will be working with other Senior Developers, leading a Squad and reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.

Duties of the role

• Software development, support and release management
• Technical design, development and maintenance of internal and external software applications
• Resolve bugs in a timely manner in line with Service Level Agreements
• Follow and enhance development practices and aspects of AGILE/ SCRUM methodologies
• Work on large scale product development
• Supporting Junior and Intermediate Developers

What are we ideally looking for?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• At least five years experience in Back End development
• Back End proficiency with Java 17 / 21 and strong experience with SpringBoot framework
• Expertise in MS SQL Server and MySQL
• Experience with AI implementation
