About the Role: As an Urgent Care Registered Nurse, you’ll be on the frontline of care – assessing, triaging, and managing a wide range of non-life-threatening presentations. Working closely with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioners, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely, efficient, and compassionate care for every patient.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Triage patients quickly and accurately, escalating as needed
• Provide direct patient care – wound care, plastering, IV therapy, vaccinations, and more
• Assist in minor procedures and post-care education
• Work collaboratively with GPs, other nurses, and health professionals onsite
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patients through their urgent care journey with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Bring:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• 3+ years’ post-graduate experience (minimum 1 year in Emergency/Urgent Care within the last 3 years)
• Triage experience in an emergency or urgent care setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• A flexible, team-oriented mindset and calm under pressure
• Confidence in wound management, IVs, diagnostics, and procedures
• Experience in primary care (desirable but not essential)
