About the role…

This Fulltime position is based in our Breakthru unit, in our Community Supports program in 📍 Gladstone park, VIC. Providing education and strategies to parents, equipping them with the tools and understanding to support their child's mental health journey effectively.

Facilitating tailored group programs focused on addressing a range of various mental health-related topics, such as self-esteem, confidence, anger management, and social skills.

Undertaking basic assessments, providing information and managing sensitive enquiries.

Developing and implementing Family Action Plans.

Connecting individuals with additional support services as needed.
