About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Mental Health Support Workers to provide person-centered care to clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, dual diagnoses, trauma backgrounds, and complex behaviours. You will work in a supportive team to deliver high-quality care, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide tailored support to clients with complex mental health conditions

✅ Implement and follow individualized care plans

✅ Support clients in daily living activities, community engagement, and therapeutic programs

✅ Manage challenging behaviours using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum qualification, Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability support / Community Services
• Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioural management strategies
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Driver’s license and reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
