Clinical Manager - Aged Care - Fraser Coast region.
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager for an Aged Care Facility in the Fraser Coast region.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager who wants to empower staff and lead by example and oversee the day to day operations of a home as well as the clinical operations. This role will put you in good stead for progression into an FM role in the future.
The Benefits
Monthly ADO
Fully maintained company car
Reporting to a very experienced Facility Manager
$130 - $135k + super + salary packaging benefits
The Requirements
AHPRA Registered Nurse
At least 2 years' experience as a Clinical Manager
Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experience
Proven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processes
Current Flu Vaccination and Covid Vaccinations
Police Check
