About the Role:

As the night duty RN, you will lead the clinical care team during night shift, ensuring residents receive safe and person-centred care. You will respond to clinical needs, manage medications, and support a calm, reassuring environment for resident and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

APHRA (unrestricted) Registered Nurse.

Minimum of 12 months post graduate experience.

Strong understanding of culturally appropriate care, particularly within the Hellenic community

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the EDEN alternative model of care is highly desirable.

Ability to provide comprehensive evidence based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team.
